Hermit’s Cove: Aloguinsan’s Concealed
Paradise
One of the places in Cebu where you can
find a concealed paradise and within a sheltered area is the Municipality of
Aloguinsan. The town is really known for its voyage along inland waterways
through Bojo River, but the place has a lot of finest beaches that rival the
desirable tourist sites.
As its name indicates,
the Hermit’s Cove in Kantabogon, Aloguinsan, is a tiny riverine interfacing the
tranquil Tañon Strait that separates the islands of Cebu and Negros. The cove
is definitely secluded; it isn’t named Hermit’s Cove for nothing. According to
locals, a hermit used to live in this cove a hundred years ago, surviving on
the bounties of both the sea and the mountains. It
diffuse so much grandeur, magnificent and secrecy that they merit very special
trips.
That is why I reached this tourist
attraction and it aroused me very well. It has a wooden staircase down to the
beach and a kind of sand like a white powder that even an extreme heat of the
sun your feet will not get burned; it’s something a mini Boracay in Cebu that
you might just want to stay here for the rest of your life.
Since summertime is almost here; there
is no time to spare, these are the moments of fun and the best time to go the
beach, goofing around under the sun. If you’re up for a relaxing getaway then
you should undoubtedly go visit the astonishing cove for you, the Hermit’s
Cove!
